The Spa Concierge hosts and fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while serving as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience.
Primary responsibilities include:
· Scheduling treatments
· Managing spa reservations for both individual services and deluxe spa packages
· Guest registration
· Processing forms of payment including room charges, credit cards, and cash
· Making product and treatment recommendations to spa guests
Our Spa Concierge actively promotes wellness through assisting with the Spa Membership Program by onboarding new members, completing membership paperwork, updating billing information, and managing member Key FOB access. In addition, the Spa Concierge is expected to support the overall operation and presentation of the spa by assisting with light cleaning and organizational tasks as needed, including maintaining spa lounges, emptying dirty towel bins and restocking clean towels, checking in and putting away retail and operational orders, and ensuring retail shelves remain stocked, organized, and dust-free.
The hourly rate for this position is $27.50/hour - $28.05/hour. The starting rate for this position is $27.50/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently offered at $28.05/hour.
This position earns additional compensation through automatic service charges on the guest’s services. Of the 20% service charge, 2% is placed in a tip pool for the Spa Attendants & Reception colleagues.
