Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations across outlets and events.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service during all operating hours.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- Support the coordination of restaurant, lounge, banquet, and room service operations.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and motivate F&B staff.
- Assist with scheduling and labor management.
- Conduct team briefings and provide ongoing coaching.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
Guest Service
- Ensure guests receive outstanding hospitality and prompt service.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service standards.
Financial & Inventory Control
- Assist in monitoring budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
- Help minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Monitor cash handling and POS procedures.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all F&B areas.
- Enforce company policies and operational procedures.
Event & Banquet Support
- Coordinate with culinary and banquet teams for events and functions.
- Ensure proper setup, staffing, and service execution for meetings and special events.
- Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
