Director of Case Management

The Director of Case Management directs, establishes and plans the overall policies and goals for the organizations case management services and coordinates the delivery of health care services. Reviews processes and determines performance improvement initiatives and monitors expenditures. Develops goals and objectives for the case management nurses, and oversees compliance with regulatory and government agencies. Supervises Case Management staff. Participates and provides leadership for committees, special projects and community projects.
