Job Description
Bedrock Landscaping is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage crews, coordinate project schedules, and ensure landscaping jobs are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within quality standards. This role is responsible for leading field teams, supporting project execution, managing labor and equipment needs, and working closely with leadership to improve productivity, communication, and overall job performance.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, a solid understanding of landscaping operations, and the ability to manage multiple crews and projects in a fast-paced environment.
