Job Description
The Strategic Account Specialist will be responsible for managing key customer accounts within a manufacturing environment, this role serves as the primary liaison between customers, production, and internal teams. The Strategic Account Specialist oversees order fulfillment, communicates delivery commitments, resolves issues, and ensures alignment between customer demand and production capacity. They lead customer meetings, monitor order changes, manage forecasts, and maintain strong relationships while delivering accurate, timely service and driving customer satisfaction.
