Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Network Infrastructure Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Wireless Access Points (APs).
User Support (Helpdesk): Provide first-level technical support to staff regarding hardware, software (Windows/macOS), and common office applications (O365, VPN, etc.).
Hardware Deployment: Assist with the setup and imaging of new workstations, laptops, printers, and meeting room AV equipment.
Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform regular checks on server room environments and maintain neat cable management in office areas.
Documentation: Assist in maintaining an up-to-date IT asset inventory and updating network topology diagrams or internal "How-to" guides.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Computer Sciences/Information Technology or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a service desk support role
- Working knowledge of service desk software, Microsoft Office, Windows 11 & Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills, must demonstrate a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Providing good service to in-house colleagues user
