Join the Cisco Networking Academy India team as a Networking Academy Associate - Trainee supporting the India Apprenticeship Program, a skills-to-jobs initiative that has impacted over 3 million learners in India. This program is dedicated to shaping the future workforce by providing real-world technology skills through key programs such as the Virtual Internship Program (VIP), Learnathon, and other initiatives. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across India and the Asia Pacific region, supporting instructor training, managing NetAcad academies, tracking student competency, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with Cisco standards. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to student and faculty development while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment focused on technology education and workforce readiness.
Your Impact
Program Management & Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cisco Networking Academy program, where you will learn to manage scheduling, student enrollment, and maintain the academy’s official status.
Instructor & Student Support: Serve as the central point for training, mentoring, and supporting instructors, where you will learn how to ensure they are qualified to teach courses like CCNA and Cybersecurity.
Curriculum & Technology Updates: Ensure the curriculum is up-to-date with current technologies, and you will learn how to effectively utilize the learning management system (NetAcad).
Lab & Equipment Management: Maintain specialized network equipment (routers, switches), and you will learn how to ensure lab environments (including Cisco Packet Tracer) are functional for students.
Quality Assurance & Reporting: Perform annual competency testing for students, and you will learnhow to track program metrics and submit necessary reporting to maintain quality standards.
Partnership Management: Build relationships with local schools, partners, and community members, where you will learn how to effectively expand the program's reach.
Preferred Qualifications
* Completed 3-year Non-Engineering degrees (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, BHM etc.)
* You must have graduated in 2025/2026 and should have Provisional Degree Certificate.
* Must be available for a period of 12 months starting Sept 2026
* Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
* Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, "Can do" attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
* Must have enrolled as a "student" on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
