Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication, or similar field.
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition with demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing tools, methods, and behavioural interviewing.
Previous experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments such as recruitment agencies, FMCG or Tech is desirable
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Ability to manage high volume recruitment ensuring high quality and timely delivery in a matrix and virtual team structure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build stakeholder trust and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency with technology platforms and data analysis to support and optimize recruitment processes
