Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Entertaining, hosting, and driving crowd energy to create a memorable, fun, and high-energy entertaining experience for guests at FINE ENTERTAINMENT MANAGEMENT venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and host programmed events at Fine Entertainment brand venues, including PKWY Taverns, The Oak Room, BLVD Grille, and The George.
- Conduct and manage events such as Bingo, Trivia, and DJing special events, ensuring a lively and engaging atmosphere.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, ensuring they have a memorable time at each event.
- Collaborate with venue staff to ensure smooth execution of events and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues, upholding the standards of Fine Entertainment Management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve event offerings and guest satisfaction through feedback and innovative ideas.
- Ensure all equipment and materials needed for events are prepared and in working order prior to event start.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in performing arts, entertainment, or a related field is a plus.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in entertainment, hosting, or a similar role within hospitality or event management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and hosting events such as Bingo, Trivia, DJ sessions, or similar activities.
- Experience working in high-energy environments and engaging with diverse audiences.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional verbal communication and public speaking skills with the ability to engage and entertain large crowds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in operating audio and visual equipment for events.
- Creative and energetic personality with a passion for entertaining and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Ability to adapt to different event themes and crowd dynamics, maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with venue staff and management.
