The Role
As the F&B Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, consistent quality, and strong financial performance. You’ll lead a motivated team, support a thriving dining experience, and champion a culture of hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead financial and operational planning, including annual budgets
- Monitor performance through guest feedback and financial reports
- Maintain product and service quality through regular evaluations
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue
- Lead training, development, and motivation of team members
- Oversee preventative maintenance and protect outlet assets
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance with labor regulations
- Maintain effective communication across the department
- Implement programs to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Perform other duties as needed to support the outlet
