RRC is seeking a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to help us build the future of U.S. energy production from our Broomfield Colorado office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage receiving and shipping of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Inspect and test incoming goods, process RMAs with vendors when needed.
- Oversee the full shipping process, including label creation, freight booking, tracking, issue resolution, and timely client updates.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory; conduct regular cycle counts.
- Monitor warehouse access to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Procure project-related materials and office supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory records in ERP and other systems.
- Manage warehouse supplies and overall environment.
- Provide general administrative support and assist other departments as needed.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements as the company scales and needs evolve.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Hands-on warehouse experience required.
- ERP, especially SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented and methodical.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well under pressure and adapts to changing priorities.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Experience with IT and networking equipment preferred.
- Background in renewable energy or networking-related industries is a plus.
