Job Description

Job Purpose:


The Marketing Designer to create high-quality visual assets that support sales, marketing, and brand execution.


This is a design-first, execution-focused role. You’ll be responsible for producing materials quickly and consistently across print, digital, and event environments.


Responsibilities:


Design & Production

  • Create menus, sales decks, one-pagers, and print materials 
  • Design digital assets for email and internal use 
  • Maintain consistent branding across all visuals 

Photo & Video Support

  • Capture and edit photo/video content (DSLR/mirrorless) 
  • Assist with basic lighting and shoot setup 

Events & Execution

  • Prepare materials for trade shows and marketing events 
  • Support on-site execution when needed 
  • Travel occasionally for events and photo/video shoots 

Coordination

  • Manage projects and timelines (Monday.com or similar) 
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors 
  • Maintain organized files and asset library 


Measurements of Success

  • High-quality, consistent visual output 
  • Fast turnaround on design requests 
  • Strong support for sales and marketing initiatives


Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:


Required:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) 
  • DSLR or mirrorless cameras 
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography, Marketing, or related field preferred, not required
  • 1–3+ years in a design, photo, or creative marketing role 
  • Strong portfolio (print + digital work) 
  • Detail-oriented with fast turnaround ability 
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment 


Preferred:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar video editing) 
  • Monday.com (or similar project tools)
