3+ years of experience in the automotive, agro, home appliances, or similar industries with manual assembly line operations.
Proven project management and process optimization experience in manufacturing; solid Lean Manufacturing knowledge plus excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Advanced English, fluent for verbal communication, capable of taking calls and presenting projects in international committees.
Advanced Microsoft Excel; VBA programming, AI skills, and experience with assembly process analysis (methods, time studies, ergonomics); torque tool knowledge is a plus.
