Job Description

  • Action Planning with Dealers and Sales Coordinators: Develop and detail Massey Fergusson marketing and commercial plans in alignment with regional needs.
  • Commercial Interface: Act as a strategic partner to the sales team and dealer network, capturing market insights to refine the commercial approach.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activity and consumer behavior trends to recommend adjustments to the commercial tactical plan and ongoing campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze KPIs (key performance indicators) and sales dashboards to measure effectiveness and results.
  • Seasonality and Planting/Harvest Windows Analysis: Monitor regional calendars to anticipate and proactively plan sales actions.
  • Regional Commercial Plan Development: Support managers, coordinators, and dealers based on regional targets and market potential.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Monitor the lead flow from field demonstrations through deal closure, identifying bottlenecks and conversion gaps.
  • Retail Intelligence (Sell-out): Analyze inventory turnover at dealerships to avoid aged or out-of-season stock and optimize product mix.
