Responsibilities
- Supports the Business to ensure the achievement of cost reduction initiatives and annual budget targets
- Support and challenge operations management whilst ensuring financial integrity
- Support the business throughout Contract lifecycle covering new business, renewals, price reviews, BCA, project start-up, performance management to contract closure
Forecasting & budgeting
- Monthly forecasting
- Manage the annual budgeting and midterm planning (IBP)
Projects
- Support projects where required
- Involve in project / program management, change management process and identify and implement process improvements within region/cluster/countries
Pricing Excellence
- Influence in commercial models and solutions supporting value-based pricing strategies
Requirements
- Relevant university degree, professional accounting qualification or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in management accounting / financial planning /statutory reporting.
- Experience in commercial finance
- Working knowledge of Oracle is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence and negotiate
- Customer oriented and results driven
- Excellent Project Management & Presentation skills
- Must be willing to be hands on
