Responsibilities
| 1. Monitor shift output requirement from his team |
| 2. Handles direct communication with associates on all instructions and targets for cascade to the team |
| 3. Leads direction of the allocation team and supports all DHL global, regional, and country initiatives |
| 4. Gives feedback on concerns and issues encountered by the allocation team |
| 5. Ensure implementation of DHL operational policies and procedures |
| 6. Participates actively in performance dialogs and provide individual feedback to his team |
| 7. The Picker ensures that all items for picking are picked base on SOPs and WI accurately in good condition and on time |
Requirements
| • College level | ||||||||
| • Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills | ||||||||
| • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel. | ||||||||
| • With good Interpersonal skills | ||||||||
| • With good analytical and leadership skills | ||||||||
| • Can work with minimal supervision | ||||||||
| • Has positive outlook |
