Project Manager (PE), Transportation, Austin, TX: Halff is seeking a Project Manager (PE) to join our Transportation/Roadway team in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for a licensed Texas PE with a strong background in roadway design and a passion for leading projects, developing teams, and delivering high-quality solutions for DOT and municipal clients. 8+ years of experience in roadway project development (TXDOT and/or municipal projects preferred). Strong experience in roadway design and plan production. Proficiency in OpenRoads. Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects from start to finish. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Experience working with local agencies and regulatory requirements. Primavera (P6) experience is a plus
