- Review and sense check key outputs for data integrity, structure, and validity prior to delivery.

Technical Oversight

- Provide guidance on weighting, significance testing, segmentation readiness, and statistical checks.

- Partner with survey programming teams to ensure questionnaire logic and data capture support clean downstream processing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data quality issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

Capability & Process Enablement

- Coach and mentor DP team members on QC discipline, technical rigor, and best practices.

- Drive standardization through reusable templates, documentation, and quality checklists.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across DP workflows.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Partner with ARC researchers and project leads to translate research needs into robust DP and QC expectations.

- Oversee third party vendor outputs to ensure adherence to ARC standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

- Communicate risks, tradeoffs, and quality implications clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 10–12 years of experience in data processing, data quality, or technical survey data roles within market research (agency or in house).

- Demonstrated progression from hands-on DP execution to senior technical oversight and quality governance.

- Proven ability to lead DP delivery, enforce QC governance, and resolve technical loopholes quickly and accurately.

- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent studies and working with global stakeholders in a deadline driven environment.

- Strong experience with SPSS, R, Q (or equivalent DP/statistical tools) and advanced Excel.

- Familiarity with survey programming platforms (e.g., Decipher/Forsta, Confirmit, Qualtrics) for quality enablement.

- Experience with research analytics and visualization tools (e.g., DisplayR or similar) preferred.

- Exposure to advanced methods (MaxDiff, Conjoint) is a plus.

All About You
