Location: Remote - reside in MO, IL, OK, or WI
Qualifications: Minimum of seven years of experience in revenue cycle operations or a related field. Proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar revenue cycle systems. Strong background in accounts receivable (AR) management and denial prevention/root cause analysis. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, workflow design, and project execution.

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing support to leadership by leading projects, designing or improving workflows and processes and implementing change.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies areas of opportunities for metric and process improvement, workflow optimization and operational effectiveness.
- Serves as expert consultant for revenue cycle and clinical operations for existing practices and outside operations.
- Reviews and reports revenue cycle and clinic operations workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement to meet target metric goals.
- Provides revenue cycle training, support and workflow optimization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE
- Seven years' experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
