How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Collaborate with Agile teams to design apps and services that transform the healthcare journey for patients and clinicians.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights to improve digital accessibility and user satisfaction.
Create wireframes and prototypes based on human-centered principles to test, refine, and simplify complex healthcare concepts. - Present design solutions to stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment with user needs, business objectives and technical hand-off.
- Engage in mentorship, feedback sessions, and potential site visits to understand how digital design impacts real-world healthcare environments.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- Current student or recent graduate in HCI, Interaction Design, or a related UX design program; with foundational knowledge of design methodologies including: research synthesis, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing
- Interest in AI tools and prompt engineering; and how these tools can help support research, design exploration, and accessibility.
