Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Project procurement, you will be responsible for leading and executing procurement activities for a major project. You will be capable of managing end to end procurement processes. You will managing end-to-end procurement processes for the project, ensuring effective communication and alignment with key stakeholders, such as the Project Management Office (PMO) and the engineering, legal, and finance teams. You will work closely with subcontractors, negotiate contracts, place purchase orders (POs), and support the engineering, planning, and project estimation teams. Additionally, you will monitor and report on subcontractor tender and project status to ensure that procurement activities align with overall project goals and timelines. The role requires a hands-on professional who can quickly integrate into the project and deliver RFPs and negotiate contracts within tight timelines.
