The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort if required.
What you will do:
- Possess strong product knowledge and technical skills, and effectively upsell activities and services.
- Provide genuine hospitality, creating highly personalized and enjoyable guest experiences.
- Be responsible for cleaning and stocking the dive center, shop, dive boats, and operating equipment.
- Plan and conduct dive excursions and courses for guests and staff, adhering to PADI and resort standards.
- Perform retail transactions and cashiering tasks, following hotel standards and credit policies.
- Train and coach team members to ensure compliance with Cultural, Core Standards, and all standard operating procedures.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a luxury resort, dive centre, or hospitality environment.
- PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification with a minimum of 300 logged dives.
- Proven experience conducting recreational diving activities, including Open Water and Advanced Open Water courses.
- Strong knowledge of dive safety standards, equipment maintenance, and emergency procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluency in English and at least one European language is required.
- Physically fit and comfortable conducting multiple dives daily in varying conditions.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and guest-focused with a genuine passion for marine life and ocean conservation.
- International experience in a luxury resort or dive operation is an advantage.
- Personal flair, confidence, and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Schedule & Hours:
- Full-time position.
- 48 hours per week with one day off.
