About This Role:

  • Strategic Marketing & Growth 

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and service line growth.
    • Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and align marketing with organizational priorities.
    • Use market data, patient trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy and optimize campaign performance.
  • Paid Media Strategy

    • Lead paid media planning and execution across channels including search, display, audio, and out-of-home (excluding paid social).
    • Manage budgets, vendors, and campaign performance to maximize reach, efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Outbound Marketing & Patient Engagement 

    • Oversee CRM-driven outreach (text, email, etc.) to support patient access and utilization.
    • Develop targeted messaging and campaigns to improve engagement, response rates, and conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration 

    • Partner across departments to ensure marketing efforts align with operational capacity and patient experience goals.
    • Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and strong communication.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Coordinator and Specialists

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Five or more years of experience in strategic marketing, campaign management, brand management, or growth marketing roles.
