Position Purpose: 
The Human Resource Specialist collaborates with business partners to drive organizational results through an engaged workforce. The incumbent serves as an employee champion and change ambassador, providing guidance regarding HR policy and administration, employee relations, and change management. Among the main purpose of this job is to build relationships, provide analysis, identify trends and recommend solutions to the business partners. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead initiatives like survey action planning, focus group discussions, and employee feedback programs to drive a high-performance culture. 
  • Deliver strategic HR insights, coach leaders, and influence decision-making to align people strategies with business goals. 
  • Drive career conversations, succession strategies, and capability-building programs to future-proof the organization. 
  • Manage escalated employee relations cases and support leaders in performance improvement and disciplinary processes. 
  • Organize and lead learning sessions that enhance employee skills and support continuous growth across accounts. 
  • Handle escalated HR administrative tasks and ensure seamless use of HRIS platforms like Workday, UKG, ServiceNow, and Tableau. 
  • Support organizational development, change management, and the rollout of impactful HR policies and practices. 
  • Analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decisions, improve employee experience, and support operations with actionable insights. 

Minimum Job Requirements: 

  • Amenability to work on graveyard schedules. 
  • Amenability to work onsite in Commonwealth and Fairview Q.C 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resourcesbusiness, or related field. 
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in employee relations and business partner capacity. 
  • Strong attention to details, analytical and data management skills  
  • Proficiency in HRIS and report systems (e.g., Tableau, ServiceNow, Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory requirements. 
  • Certifications such as RPM, CHRA, PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are a plus. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
  • Preferably with experience in a multinational or BPO setting. 
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills.
