To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

The ‘must have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:

  • Data analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions.
  • Customer solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/ or providing considered options, that meet those needs.
  • Credit Analysis: The ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security) and conditions (the 5Cs of credit).
  • Fulfilment: The end‐to‐end execution of a process, or part thereof, to achieve a customer or end user outcome.
  • Relationship management: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ability to support credit approval activities with competency in credit assessment and management.

 

The ‘good to have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:

  • Stakeholder management: the systematic identification and analysis of stakeholders and their needs, including understanding their contribution to an initiative, willingness to engage, influence and necessity of involvement.
