Recruiter

Harbor is seeking a Recruiter to join the Human Resources team in Toledo! This role supports the development and execution of Harbor’s recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, supporting onboarding processes (including intern coordination), and contributing to employee retention efforts. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers as well as internal and external recruitment partners. Position is full-time.
