Job Description

  • Train and encourage team to improve in all areas of the business.
  • Contact and field questions from the Customers, Sales Force, and Front End Organization.
  • Set high standards of conduct, and lead by example.
  • Increase productivity, while not compromising quality.
  • Assist in the development of yearly budgets and budget containment.
  • Assist with the development of yearly business plans and report on monthly progress toward those plans.
  • Reduce errors and customer returns by root cause analysis and put corrective action plans into place.
  • Reduce inventory levels, while not compromising customer delivery.
  • Review all safety and OSHA requirements and make sure they are being adhered to.
  • Support Kaizen methodologies to continue to improve processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement and profitability growth initiatives. Report on initiatives monthly.
