Principal Objective:
Graham Windham's Care Coordination program seeks a Full Time Data & Operations Associate to primarily support the program’s administrative requirements. This role is pivotal to the program; this staff member will efficiently attend to a range of responsibilities, will look for and implement efficiencies, and will initiate new tasks and functions as needed. Primarily responsible for managing Graham Article 29i’s quality control measures specifically in the areas of data base management and operational functions. This position requires the ability to collect and review data, generate reports, create and reinforce fiscally responsible practices and communicate effectively with Article 29i Care Coordination program and other Graham departments that are invested in the operational function of the program. This individual must possess strong organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. |
