Flag Football Official
Job Type: Part-Time / Seasonal
Job Location: Ramstein Air Base Outdoor Fields – KMC, Germany
Requirements
The candidate shall have in minimum:
Certification through a recognized flag or tackle football organization (NCAA or similar).
Prior experience officiating organized flag football games.
Thorough understanding of the NCAA Football Rule Book.
Excellent situational awareness and conflict management skills.
Ability to enforce rules consistently and maintain player safety.
Duties
The candidate must:
Officiate flag football games and tournaments according to NCAA rules.
Enforce all program-specific by-laws and maintain control of the game.
Record scores, manage timing, and report results to the SPM.
Address player misconduct or disputes promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with safety and “no contact” play rules.
