Job Description
The Banquet Server is responsible for setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet events while ensuring excellent guest service and compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations. This role provides prompt, friendly service to guests, maintains a professional appearance, and supports smooth event operations. The Banquet Server also reports any safety concerns, damages, or policy deviations to management and remains knowledgeable about hotel services to assist guests when needed.
