Job Description
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen and dishwashing areas within a fast-paced hotel environment. Operates dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, cleans kitchen equipment and workspaces, removes trash, and supports overall kitchen operations in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations. Provides professional and friendly service, assists with maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and reports safety concerns or guest issues to management. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to work flexible shifts, and capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs. Familiarity with hospitality or food service operations is preferred.
