Job Description
As the Appraiser II, Property Building, you will provide quality control for damage estimates. You will be responsible to analyze assessments provided by vendors, inspect the quality of work and ensure accuracy and alignment with the scope of the insured loss. You will act as a technical resource and offer guidance on building construction, repairs and vendor performance. How you will create impact:
Reviewing building estimates and supporting documentation provided by property vendors, assessing legitimacy, accuracy and containment of costs and ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and industry standards.
