Overview

This role is accountable for driving the highest quality of work from background and screen teams, whose production is directly tied to the key corporate strategic goals. You will be responsible for the leadership of HireRight’s Operational team functions, empowering operations teams to deliver on their SLA’s as well as infusing the organization with productive, innovative, and quality mindset. 

 

This leadership role will help direct background and employment screening operations worldwide for clients of different size and scope. A strong foundation in background check operational experience is a must and excellent understanding of leading people leaders to deliver an amazing employee experience would be critical to your success.  

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and direction of HireRight's Verifications Service Delivery teams. 
  • Provide oversight to client delivery including building appropriate quality standards & metrics. 
  • Drive key metrics/performance for operations and instill best practices and process improvement across the company. 
  • Ensure compliance with all the legal and contractual obligations. 
  • Drive a high-performance culture, through employee engagement and development. 
  • Help to develop Operational strategies in anticipation of future market changes and assesses the likely impact on customers.

Qualifications

 Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university. Any specific background and employment screening accreditation is plus. 

 

Experience: 

  • More than 15 years of work experience in Service industry, with a proven track record of successfully leading leaders and driving high employee engagement. Contact center or related experience also helpful. 

Knowledge & Skill: 

  • Has broad general knowledge of all relevant business relationships within the company. 
  • Has clear understanding of the company’s businesses and other functional groups. 
  • Has a strong understanding of background check and employment screening industry. 
  • Demonstrates people leadership skills for significant populations and/or technical experts.
