  • Foster Strong Stakeholder Relationships:
    • Build trusted partnerships with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, leading to a measurable improvement in internal satisfaction scores and customer feedback on the negotiation process.
    • Act as a point of contact for resolving contractual issues, achieving a high resolution rate within set timelines.
  • Drive Process Improvements:
    • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance negotiation processes, reducing friction and improving customer satisfaction by a defined metric (e.g., Net Promoter Score or similar).
    • Conduct post-deal reviews to identify lessons learned and continuously improve the contract negotiation approach.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, JD) is a plus.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage and negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in contract management systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Icertis, or similar).
