Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead technical service delivery and platform transformation for Third-Party Liability (TPL) and Prior Authorization (PA) systems. This role will drive engineering delivery, automation, and platform modernization to improve scalability, performance, and business outcomes.
Your role in our mission
- Own end-to-end delivery of TPL and PA platforms, ensuring high performance, reliability, and SLA adherence
- Lead engineering teams (on/offshore) for enhancements, releases, and defect resolution
- Drive architecture, integration (APIs, FHIR/HL7), and workflow/rules engine solutions
- Implement automation and AI/ML capabilities (document processing, auto-decisioning, data matching)
- Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance
- Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness
- Partner with product, operations, and clients to align technical solutions with business needs
- Build capabilities in modern engineering practices (microservices, cloud, AI integration).
- Drive accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement culture.
What we're looking for
- Ten (10) or more years in technical delivery/engineering, with healthcare domain experience
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare systems and regulatory environments
- Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs, and workflow engines
- Exposure to AI/ML, automation, and data integration (FHIR/HL7)
- PMP and/or ITIL certification (Preferred but not required)
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
