Job Description

  • Processing and preparing shipment data in internal tools and Excel to ensure accurate planning and operational execution;
  • Monitoring the shared mailbox and responding to operational questions or delivery issues;
  • Acting as a point of contact for the customer regarding transport-related questions and shipment follow-up;
  • Communicating with internal operational departments and external agents to ensure smooth transport execution;
  • Identifying potential issues in delivery processes and proactively intervening to avoid disruptions;
  • Handling administrative tasks related to transport orders and customer communication;
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives together with the supervisor and the team;
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and data management to support operational reporting and service quality monitoring.
