STARTING SALARY RANGE: $21.45 - $25.22 /hourly

 

 

DEPARTMENT: Student Life

 

 

REPORTS TO: Director of Residence Life

DESCRIPTION: Primary responsibilities include administering the housing application and assignments process and providing administrative support to the Student Life Office. The Coordinator will work closely with Residential Life, Student Activities and the Advocacy Resource Center to support the priorities for Student Life. The Coordinator will directly support student retention by triaging student alerts to appropriate college resources. The Coordinator is also responsible for organizing Graduation, Student of the Year and for the College.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Ability to assure timely and accurate housing assignments and appropriate billing or applicable refunds. Ability to troubleshoot student or parent concerns in a timely fashion and make appropriate referrals when necessary. Ability to assess if a student is in imminent danger and triage them to appropriate internal or external resources.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in higher education.
