Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Work content measurement using MOST for new variants, EN changes, and method changes, along with implementation
• Line balancing for different TACT and model mix, including finalization of direct and indirect manpower for each shop
• NVA reduction through process changes and method improvements
• Strong awareness of productivity improvement tools with hands-on experience
• Ergonomics study of line associates/stages to identify GYR status and drive improvements
• Hands-on experience in TPM-KK pillar (Focused Improvement) concepts
• Work content calculation, line balancing, and execution for new models/variants
• Manpower planning and monitoring for the shop
• Identification of capacity bottlenecks and debottlenecking as per volume requirements
• Driving PDCA approach
