Ensure that branch is managed smoothly aligned with company standard procedures, regulations while maintaining overheads
Identify training and development activities of branch staff and coordinate with respective authorities in order to provide the required training.
Responsible for enhancing the market share of the company in respective territory by implementing innovative initiations and conduct brand image building campaigns and promotional activities.
Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service and submit management reports as and when needed to get managerial decisions, comparisons etc.
Represent marketing meetings, conference with proper preparation and deliver the highest contribution by providing necessary information.
