Assistant Manager - Middle Office (GWO)

Job Description

  • Independently manage and oversee assigned CLO and Credit TRS portfolios, ensuring timely execution of activities within tight deadlines
  • Perform end-to-end trade lifecycle management, including trade control and client service support across CLO and TRS products
  • Maintain CLO deals, including daily borrowings, prepayments, accruals, and quarterly settlements
  • Track and maintain compliance and financial reporting requirements in line with credit agreements
  • Partner closely with Front Office and Corporate Lending Services teams to resolve issues and support business needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive efficiencies across the Middle Office
  • Support process improvement initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation
  • Resolve complex operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks (including operational risk, AML/ATF, and conduct risk)
