Provide day-to-day support to the SAP Operations team, concentrating on the areas of Finance and Controlling;
Provide support in Product documentations and User Guides particular in technical writings;
Prepare a library for SAP critical transactions, test scenarios, test cases;
Prepare business data flow documentation;
Address unforeseen assistance requirements stemming from business inquiries and needs.
