Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects
Experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Principal Consultant
Extensive experience in hands-on system work and solution implementation
In-depth knowledge of multiple logistics areas, such as: Sourcing & Procurement, Sales and Distribution, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain processes
Experience with the SAP Activate methodology and “Fit to Standard” implementation approaches is a plus.
Willingness to travel and excellent German and English language skills.
Ability to bridge the gap between conceptual architecture and practical implementation
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Experience in international client projects
