Step into a pivotal role at the heart of our Wireline consumer business, where your strategic vision will directly drive two of our most critical outcomes: customer retention and value growth.
Focusing on our Entertainment portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in our overarching proactive retention strategy, designing and leading a portfolio of marketing programs to identify our highest-risk segments and drive retention strategies. Here, you will start by spearheading a major multi-year initiative: upgrading our customers to next-generation TV experiences. In this role, you will leverage customer data to segment our base, identifying high-risk churn groups and deploying multi-channel proactive marketing programs designed to drive greater customer value and retention outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Drive Strategic Retention: Dive deep into Wireline churn data to uncover key trends and identify high-risk segments, transforming these insights into high-impact, proactive retention strategies.
- Enhance the Customer Experience: Play a critical role in ensuring our base has the perfect, customized TV solutions, proactively retaining customers while optimizing their overall Optik TV experience.
- Lead Cross-Functional Excellence: Partner dynamically with product, base management, go-to-market (GTM), digital, and retention teams to bring your strategic vision to life.
- Own the Roadmap: Build and execute detailed project management plans, taking full ownership of milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Advise Leadership: Act as a key strategic voice by sharing actionable recommendations, progress updates, and overviews with our senior leadership team to guide decision making and future planning.
