Ensure daily and weekly customer demands. Guarantee no customer stoppage.
Maintaining strong communication link with customer window
Track customer open demands through system and cascade system report to relevant parties.
Ensure new releases for all materials are received at vendor site.
Customer analysis fluctuations (Short and long term forecast).
Negotiate and revise orders & requirements with customer whilst trying to ensure 100% SAIS customer. Target is maintained in all mssurables requested (Accurancy data, packaging, Labeling, etc).
Provide stock level information to Yazaki Design Change Control.
Support implementation of design changes with aim of zero obsolescense.
Ensure involved in weekly follow up meeting with DCC to understand any pending changes which will affect supply.
In case of obsolecense analysis of customer responsibilities and follow up.
Provide support to customer with new customer projects ensuring all necessary customer support
Support customer in visiting Yazaki supply plant locationsSupport meetings at customer providing relevant data and meeting schedules & minutes
Maintain system accuracy, Support in resolving system errors with speed and understanding root causes. Take countermeasures and apply it.
