Roll Form Operator

Basic Job Functions:

As the Roll Form Operator, you will keep high-volume roll-forming line running safely, efficiently and profitably. As a Roll Form Operator, you’ll be hands-on with new equipment, making real-time decisions that safely keep production moving and quality locked in. A successful candidate is someone who takes ownership of their machine and their work area in the following ways:

• Safety – Set the example in working safely and look out for your fellow teammates – every shift.
• Ownership – Set up, monitor, adjust and troubleshoot the roll forming line to keep it running at peak performance. Perform routine maintenance and changeovers with accuracy and efficiency to reduce or eliminate downtime.
• Quality – Ensure work exceeds quality standards and take pride in putting out product the whole team can stand behind
