Job Description

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone, from emerging artists to global brands, everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences. We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We believe new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours.

The Opportunity

Illustrator is Adobe's flagship graphic design product and a global leader in creativity, used by millions of creative professionals worldwide. It sets the standard for precision, power, and expressive design.

As creative workflows are being fundamentally reshaped by AI and agentic systems, Illustrator is building the next generation of AI-assisted workflow capabilities that help creative professionals hand off repetitive production work with confidence while preserving the control and craft that define the product.

This role sits at the intersection of AI-assisted workflows, workflow automation, and creative tooling. You will work closely with engineering, design, and research to build experiences that reduce workflow complexity and help users complete production tasks more efficiently and reliably.

What You'll Do

  • Own roadmap and execution for AI-assisted workflow capabilities in Illustrator, with a 9 to 18 month horizon.

  • Drive features from concept through launch, including prioritization, rollout, and post-launch iteration based on usage and quality signals.

  • Translate user research, beta feedback, and product signals into clear requirements and roadmap decisions.

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver reliable workflow experiences.

  • Define success metrics and use them to drive product and quality improvements.

  • Collaborate across Adobe teams and external platform partners on AI-assisted workflows and agentic systems.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8 to 12 years of experience, including 5+ years in product management.

  • Experience shipping AI-powered or AI-assisted product capabilities to production.

  • Familiarity with LLM-based systems and AI workflow patterns, including orchestration, evaluation, and reliability tradeoffs, or equivalent systems thinking about AI quality.

  • Strong product judgment and analytical skills.

  • Strong research and synthesis skills.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.

  • Experience with creative tools, developer platforms, APIs, or workflow products is a plus.

  • MBA preferred, or equivalent business experience.

What Will Make You Stand Out

The strongest candidates will have shipped an AI assistant or copilot feature and iterated post-launch based on quality metrics. They likely have experience building AI assistants, workflow automation systems, or intelligent productivity features where correctness, usability, and user confidence mattered as much as innovation speed.
