Job Description

Join Adobe as a Solutions Consultant 3, crafting powerful solutions and working closely with clients to fulfill their individual business requirements. You will play a key part in speeding up large global sales opportunities. You will serve as a bridge between internal and external collaborators to ensure delivery strategies, estimates, and timelines are well aligned. This role fits someone who enjoys tackling complex problems and designing groundbreaking architectures.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple customer opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare compelling proposals with technical solutions build, engagement approach, and execution strategy.
• Lead deep discovery sessions to understand client needs and technical requirements.
• Communicate confidently with customers and internal teams throughout the pre-sales cycle.
• Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents.
• Continuously improve team knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing collateral.

Role Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical/business/services pre-sales consulting.
• Familiarity with digital marketing developments and digital experience platforms.
• Proven ability to build and optimize business processes.
• Experience leading workshops and prioritizing client requirements.
• Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to present to senior executives.

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Understanding of custom software development processes.
• Experience in managing agile development projects.
• Previous roles in consulting management.
