Job Description
The Slot Attendant is responsible for providing guest service and support to slot players and team members in the gaming area, expediting service calls, fixing minor machine errors, maintaining the gaming environment clean and organized. In addition to these responsibilities, the Slot Attendant must verify jackpots, expediting jackpot paperwork, and accurately paying jackpot payouts. You will be required to roam assigned areas to ensure a friendly, clean, and safe gaming environment. In this role, you will report to the Slot Supervisor. As the Slot Attendant you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
