⭐️ About the role
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for a newly created role driven by business expansion. This opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact within one of the company’s fastest-growing markets. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building relationships, driving growth through channel partners, and contributing to a high-performing sales organization.
Work Schedule: 50% field-based - 50% remote/home office.
📍Location: California (preferred) or Arizona.
🌎Territory to cover: California, Arizona and New Mexico.
⭐️ In this role, a typical day will look like:
Manage and grow a channel partner network to drive territory performance
Develop and execute strategies for business development and account growth
Identify and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships
Conduct regular meetings with partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales initiatives and territory expansion
Maintain and update customer and partner information using CRM tools
Balance strategic planning and field engagement.
⭐️ The essential requirements of the job include:
A degree in a science-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or equivalent is an asset.
Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries (chemical, industrial, or oil & gas sectors with water exposure)
Strong understanding of channel partner or distributor sales models.
Proven ability in business development and account management.
Hands-on experience utilizing a CRM tool (we use Salesforce)
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
