Document processes to ensure their stability (work orders, operating procedures);
Document electrical test criteria;
Train and support production staff;
Work as part of a team to resolve process issues and communicate results through reports;
Use and promote MINT to track and report on activities;
Participate in the development, qualification, and transfer of processes to production;
Participate in the selection, acquisition, and qualification of new equipment;
Use and promote the Six Sigma methodology in all your activities;
Comply with the company's documentation system, quality policy, and new product introduction process;
Report and document process-related issues or equipment failures. Take the necessary corrective and preventive measures;
Perform other related tasks as required.
